      You can do the best work of your life at KAR--If you are ready for the fast-paced environment

      Pros

      KAR has been growing, both in their digital products and in their geographical footprint. This growth has been fast and consistent for at least the last 7 years. So, if you're ready to build things that have never been built, or fix things that now need to scale, KAR will give you the opportunity to use your skills. The key is passion and ownership--Those are must-haves at KAR to be successful. If you're willing to take a chance and own a solution, then you'll get the green light to execute.

      Cons

      If you want a slower pace or to just specialize in one thing, then KAR may not be a good fit. The growing demands of our competitive marketplace require us to flex to new priorities and to keep pushing ourselves to win.

      Always putting out fires. Nothing a priority until the complaints start then its get it done asap. Old & failing equipment
