Things are finally clicking in KAR IT

Pros

The leadership team has invested significant time and energy through change. Lots of training happening on new things and ways of working. More support for the Linux world and cloud services New Docker platform Culture change was extreme, but has been very good for workers

Cons

Very fast paced change and a lot of work to do. Way to many contractors just getting a paycheck Too many vendors to deal with sometime

Steady paycheck, time off can be fun if you are allowed to do your job

Micromanagement, lack of growth, it goes to a theory I have, 5 hats, and only one head
