I cannot say for the whole company but certain departments have great spirit. Leaders care about your feelings, career goals, personal growth and achievement recognition. I feel valued working here, blessed to be part of the family.

Cons

KAR has different business units so sometimes communication can be a bit challenging.

HQ building is very crowded, but they are building a new one nearby.

PTO, your coworkers....can't think of any other pros here so, wharever. Just move on and read the other pros. Ok.

Cons

Everything said in all the other reviews. Mgmt, Dir level and above is awful. You are expendable, they don't value you or the time you put into your work.
