Pros

I want believe the Senior Leadership team has a good vision

Cons

IT leadership is systematically driving out or firing good employees who expressed concerns during the last employee attitude survey rather than address the issues, They are eliminating those who raised serious concerns and replacing them with "yes" men.

Pros

They will pretend to care about you until you stop doing everything they want you to do and question how things operate.

Cons

Unless you are in the inner circle, you will always be used however they want you to be used until you leave the company. You will be told to do something, then if someone doesn't like it, you will be the scapegoat. If you question anything about the direction of the company, about the policies and procedures, they will come up with ways to make your work more difficult and push you out.

Pros

The company doesn't lack resources to ensure employees have what they need to succeed on an individual level.

Cons

Poor benefits for a company of its size. They preach they care about employees - but do not have family leave policies that are up to modern standards. Poor leadership. There is so, so much poor behavior amongst leadership at this organization and it will be the death of this company. For every bad employee or poor leader they refuse to let go, 5 good to great employees leave or get so frustrated they will never do their best for the organization. There are countless so called 'leaders' within the business units and IT that should've been cut at the knees years ago. There is no accountability for poor behavior. I've seen leaders lash out in meetings based on bad information received. I've seen inexperienced people get promoted while very talented people get ignored.
