      Company Doesn’t trust it’s sales team

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, but be careful because there are a lot of secrets. If you like the small business environment this is for you. I don’t know how they are still in business to be honest.

      Cons

      -The owner has his hands in every day to day process -You’re expected to be in the office daily even as an outside sales person. -The base is low and don’t expect to earn any sizable commission since anything in your existing territory won’t be paid out to out if you didn’t personally uncover it which seems really odd but it will be considered “worked” as a house account. -Solutions are terrible and old. -Benefits suck.

      Pros

      As a W2 employee, the organization provides reasonable benefits to included the common 3 week PTO, holiday pay, and even a single snow day (for instances where you're snowed in).

      Cons

      There are no yearly bonuses. The organization lacks significant structure and needed resources in areas such as HR (there is only ONE HR person servicing over 150+ employees). Management tends to selectively respond to emails that they deem worthy which sends a negative message to employees.

      Pros

      AINS gives its employees the freedom, responsibility and autonomy to control their own destiny. There are many knowledgeable people from the bottom all the way to the top who are accessible, experienced, and want to help their colleagues succeed. You will get out of AINS exactly what you put in. If you are hard working, dedicated, and open to learning from those around you, you will be rewarded. Trusted employees get the opportunity and experience to participate in almost all aspects of the business--from sales and marketing to implementation.

      Cons

      Some processes could be better defined and followed. For every four hard-working employees, there is one "professional email forwarder."
