      Pros

      AINS is a small business with a very large footprint in the Federal Government. They are in growth mode which means a lot of change but also a lot of opportunity. Great place if you enjoy autonomy and take ownership of your role and responsibilities.

      Cons

      Not for those that 'stay in their box' and are not willing to take the initiative to get things done.

      Really great people. Company is growing rapidly. Freedom to innovate.

      Cons

      Growing with out anything to back it up. No clear direction.. only a few "stars" get recognition leaving others to feel demotivated.
