      Ains is one of best software product development organisation .very well paid organisation .Employees friendly . Great avenue to learn and rise .

      Ains should send more people abroad.

      --Are you Kidding ?? --No pros to work here --Nothing --Nothing --Nothing --Nothing

      Cons

      --Very very very bad management(10000% money minded). --Even they count time for how much time you spending in pantry, launch time, tea time, washroom, look away from screen. --They treats employees more below than slaves. --Working time more than 12 hours.(unnecessarily you should stay most of the time) --They are not at all following any process management.(even there is no proper documentation) --There is no internet in office. --There is no proper amenities. --They are working on very old technologies. --Better to not talk about Hikes, benefits, team outings, culture and values .(Management does not know meaning of these terms)
