      You can find in some reviews when there is a time of hiring new members. Please don't be fooled by those reviews. I couldn't able to stop laughing when I read the last review about team outings and employee training. There is no outing at all other than once in a year. Confirm this with any working employee and this point alone can prove you the good reviews are FAKE.

      Cons

      Better not to add more...there are already many in the reviews. And all of them can be validated by just getting in touch of any employee working there. TORTURE. People start searching for another job the second day of their joining to this org.

      Pros

      I had joined AINS as a fresher from University. AINS gave me training in latest technologies and process frameworks. Now I am an expert in .NET (ASP.NET/WCF etc.), all thanks to the strong foundation established when I was at AINS. The compensation is good and it is given in time (actually money is available sooner than the pay day). Team outings and group discussion helped my confidence as a team member. They provide transportation if required and when someone has to stay late at work (for major release etc.)

      Cons

      - Nothing comes to my mind at this moment. But following minor things need attention: - They could take people out more often than now (once in a month). - Training on state of the art technologies (other than .NET/Java/etc.)
