No performance review at all, who ever act smart and cunning to management they will get good hikes, by the way no hike cycle guaranteed you will get hike by 1 yr, or 1 nd of year. 7. No job security, you can fire 🔥 any day. No guarantee at all. 8. Bad code base and technology, no internet connection in office, no documentation,at least no KT. 9. It's better to be job less than joining in to this company. 10. Last but not least I'm sure you feel the same if you join in this company. I joined as a fresher with 2yrs bond and resigned immediately after two years.
