Pros
Good pay, benefits, and policies. Most departments in the Auto Inergy division are run extremely well.
Cons
Some upper management (director level) are incredibly unprofessional and completely lack people skills. Firing people simply because they aren't a "yes-man/woman" is not healthy for the workplace, but it's something the company turns a blind eye too.
