      It was an overall good experience. Management and supervisors were nice, and the pay was definitely decent.

      Pros

      Overtime was readily available for the most part. Fellow peers and upper management were more than accommodating. Physical requirements to perform job were not too taxing.

      Cons

      The upward movement within the company seemed very lacking and stale. The repetition of the job became very boring and unexciting quick. Cleaning up during down time was also ridiculously boring

      Management fall well short of their circumstances at all levels, something almost unheard of for this industry. There is no commitement to training, teamwork, support The group at the Troy headquarters is like a group of individuals working as individuals and often against each other
