Pros

Great benefits, free coffee and tea, monthly lunch parties, trip to France.

Cons

Onboarding process was awful. Zero commitment to training for the job that you have. They essentially throw you to the wolves. A hands-off and intimidating leadership approach. You only get feedback on your work if it is bad and if you ask for more development there is zero commitment to developing a plan. Even the interns think that their work is a joke with little to no direction or learning opportunity. I was hired on by a manager and then only spoke to him a total of 3 more times.

Pros

Good benefits. Great benefits. Good vacation time. Will pay premium to work here, but be careful, there’s a reason for this. Most people leave.

Cons

Disorganized. Lack of leadership. Marching orders come from France. Disappointing hr department. No structure. Lack of shared services means daily business issues on accounting side. Very high turnover rate.

Pros

For skilled jobs and management, the pay is good (although still lower than most other automotive suppliers). Good career progression if you've got no morals or social life.

Cons

The pay is poor for operators, they have no concept of a work/life balance, managers bully people into working overtime (which can dry up without warning). There is a banked hours system in place where they send us home without warning and expect us to pay those hours back at the weekend. We are left to our own devices, until something goes wrong, at which point the management team turn up and look for a sacrificial lamb.
