Pros

Good rate of pay , not to far to commute to work ,cheap coffee machine , nice scenery on the way to work as Measham has lots of countryside , that's about it really.

Cons

As agency its like treading on eggshells to hang on to your job, management/ team leaders are immature , they mess around and basically get away with murder, but one foot wrong as agency you are fired. Its very clicky , creep to the boss and you will be fine.

Gain a variety of skills/experience. Friendly environment, clean facility, computerized machine distribution of Proper/Personal Protective Equipment

Cons

Too strict of an attendance policy. Temps are left to do most of the work and poor training from other hired employees.
