They don't care about you!

Pros

Good insurance, decent pay for an hourly worker. Not sure what salaried people get. The concept of the work is easy.

Cons

My biggest complaint is they make you work EVERY day- no days off- and you end up having to work a lot of 12 hour days because of their inadequate staffing and cheap equipment that doesn't work half the time, then they try to make it look like it's our fault that we have to work all this overtime. When you go to HR for a problem she looks at you like you're wasting her time. If you miss a day for ANY reason, even if you have to go to the ER for a life threatening problem, you get a point.

Pros

Clean...very, very clean! Job safety is priority one.

Cons

Mandatory 12 hour shifts, without notice! Forced overtime if next shift calls off. Makes promises to improve the low moral of employees, but doesn't follow through.
