Manufacturing can sometimes be boring. Some areas of the company have more workload than others. It is missing more diversity and inclusion to all groups of people.

Not worth working for

Pros

The pay is competitive however, the hours worked and treatment from leadership makes it not worth the pay.

Cons

The company is extremely disorganized. They seem to care more about individuals they can bring in from France or other countries. Unless you know someone within leadership you will not be considered for other positions. Yelling and being cursed out is a regular occurrence. The turnover rate is extremely high with burnout being a common occurrence.
