      Benefits!! Their benefits package is truly unparalleled. Very well defined organization structure. Every process/function is well documented, so that every one knows what to do. Able to keep a decent work life balance. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      Some long hours may be required during development activities. Sometimes too much documentation may be required, to the point of redundancy.

      Growth Opportunities and looks good on resume since it’s a Tier 1 Automotive Plant

      Cons

      Work culture is the worst I’ve ever seen, terrible management, no training, they don’t pay bills on time so vendors don’t want to work with anyone, plants are not kept up and are a mess, if you are not in a click you will feel like an outcast.
