      The pay isn’t worth the stress and management incompetency.

      Pros

      Great pay and team members on equal level are great to work with. Great experience for resume.

      Cons

      Has a very heavy workload and toxic working environment between departments. Management does not listen and continues to run some departments understaffed. Positions vacated over a year ago have yet to be filled and management appears to not be looking to fill them while expecting everyone else to pick up the slack.
