Physicians are great to work with

Cons

Leadership is unaware of what really goes on. CEO and HR play favorites with some staff and do not hold everyone to the same accountability. Everything is favored for the Iowa clinics.

Pros

ORA is a great place to work. My co-workers really cared about providing great patient care and management cared about their employees. COVID made healthcare challenging. Management was responsive being flexible with schedules and also provided bonuses and PTO for the extra effort. It was a very team-based effort – enjoyed working with my co-workers and the physicians.

Cons

ORA is a busy medical practice - employees work hard.
