      Pros

      Catholic influence that some people demonstrate.

      Cons

      They don’t provide adequate staffing, support or resources. Oftentimes one CNA to 12-28 patients. In an acute care setting this is unsafe.

      Cons

      Very rigid corporate structure cloaked in Catholic faith. Top-heavy management from people who have either no clinical experience, or have been out of direct patient care for so long that they have no idea how difficult it is to provide good patient care with the amount of documentation required.
