Pros

It has very very less pros than cons 1) Subsidized food(average overall sometimes good) 2)Playing area , gym 3)Some teams are good ,have flexible timings and good colleagues and seniors and have learning scope while some teams are complete opposite very heavy timings , work , stress , pressure, less flexibility and somewhat rude managing people

Cons

Main problem is variable pay and 3 years bond. They give 3 L or 4 L base plus 2 L variable pay. They say it is based on performance but there are lot of hidden conditions and things dependent on it. It is actually given on billable utilisation means that one has to be asigned to a project and they are given daily billable hours. It is like based on hours given ,percentage increases weekly. For first year atleast 6 months goes for training and you have to do shadow in a project for 3 more months So if you are lucky and given project later (you are left with 2 months hardly for financial year) In 2 months at max you cannot even make 45k. In reality no one from our batch was given project or billing .We all got zero rupees and for second year also very very few people were given billing and no one got expected variable pay for second year too. For third year they kept other condition that if percentage is 60 or below you get 0 rupees not proportionally.Only people above 60% are given 2 laksh full. In reality you won't be given project or billing hours for entire year. If you have gap percentage will decrease. If you put leave it will decrease. It is very complicated and not transparent. In summary many won't get expected variable pay for 3 years. If you are a on campus student and got this job ,it is not recommended. If you are okay with 0 variable pay then you can join. My suggestion is 3 lpa job without bond is better. Also there would be mostly lot of work and pressure for just 3 lpa (20 k salary),4 lpa(28k). Only few gets reasonable work and environment. Also as a fresher there are various departments and technologies here .So better ask research about it because one may not like the technology. Few are placed in outdated technology which don't have future scope. To summarise If you want to join Forget variable pay Fix mentally to work a lot Stay there for atleast 2 years (you won't get job before 2 years as you won't learn anything much) Only thing is you have good learning scope in outdated or good technology whatever it is. If you have hopes that you can get 3.5 or 4 lpa somewhere better go for it or higher education. The Management at OSI tries not to give variable pay. So people like me coming for variable pay , I won't recommend. No projects in java, python , dotnet web development. Very Few would work on full stack , very few on data and rest on Enterprise Applications and Integrations. Better connect with people on LinkedIn from your department whichever they say. I felt like we are over utilised and we are under paid with no variable pay.
