Pros

Mature delivery practices, appears to have good structure and strong leadership. Good ability to eke out business from the same client base year after year. Many people have been with the company for years.

Cons

No clear plan for growth. Sales people appear to be "winging it" and this group suffers from distinct lack of leadership and direction. No connection within this team at all, delivery wants qualified leads only, better served via inside sales.
