Pros
Every company has pros and cons and OSPLabs is no different. here are my views on the reviews written by some users about the company. 1. "Most of good reviews are written by HRs". Even I think so otherwise who has time to do that. 2. "No work life balance". Name one company where you will find work life balance. If you are efficient and doing your work sincerely, you can definitely find that balance. But still sometimes you have to work extra in every company whereever you go. 3. "Huge politics, Rewards are given to those who are licking pms." So you think all the developers like us have got rewards by doing that? I am sure you have not received any rewards so far. Every looser says like that. Be a professional, not a looser. As soon as you will get one reward, your view will change! 4. "CEO is like Dhritirashtra" A person who has started a company and provided jobs to more than 400 people, you think you are smarter than him? think again. 5. "HRs and PMs are useless, dumb, stupid, lazy, cheaters". And you are the most technically sound, sincere, hard working, smart and honest person living on the planet. Good on you! 6. "Couple friendly company" Ooo.. dont be so jealous, I am sure you will find your soulmate soon! Just an advise guys..there is no perfert company in the world, people complain about google and apple also. Its very easy to say bad things about others. If you dont like the company, people and work culture, please move on and find a better one. I wish all the very best and great success to everyone!

As I said, every company has pros and cons. I am sure management will look into all cons and make the company better workplace for everyone.
