We believe there is some misconception with this former employee as we don't have 12 hours of working. Management follows open door policy and always ready to support right intentions.

Pros

The company has flexible working hours. There is no restricting on what kind of dressings one should wear. Salary on time every month Few selected people get to work on new Frameworks as per project requirements.

Cons

Management has come up with a disastrous idea of monitoring your work. Your PC screen is recorded every minute to keep a tab on you and accordingly productivity is decided. So as an employee, one cannot work with a free mind as you are constantly being watched by the management. So there's always a feeling of breach of privacy. Office becomes unworkable after 9 pm as it is invaded by rats and mice which hang around your CPUs and around your feet. Occasionally there's water shortage in the washrooms i.e there's absolutely no water 2-3 days twice a month. 10 official working hours takes a toll on your personal life and routine.
