*The good thing about the company is you can get a platform where you can enhance new technologies. They have small projects which lasts for maximum 6-7 months, so you get to work on multiple new projects but at the same time you need to provide support for old projects too. *It is a great learning platform for freshers *They have good appraisal policy, you will get appraisals after every 6 months post completion of 1 year from your doj

*Very unprofessional and pathetic management team *Management will never appreciate you for the good work you have done but will definitely demotivate you when you get stuck in something *Long working hours are there and most of time you will need to stretch your hours *Since this company is US based, you will need to work till night *Management has very rude behaviour and agressive attitude *CEO only appreciates sales team. Pros

I am working with OSPLABS for the last 3 years. Good work-life, good management. Helpful seniors. Working on the latest technologies with good projects and all US Clinents. Saturday Sunday off, Flexi working timings. No salary delays or salary issues. HR is very helpful. Overall good company who take care of his employees.

No issues. Everything is fine
