Work freedom like for instance you can come and go at any time provided you complete the minimum hours. Learning something new is almost like a daily occurrence (may be I exaggerated but still you get my point). Helpful Seniors as well as colleague.

Cons

Planning and Management as in planning for the flow of the projects and management of it during it development phase especially.
