Pros

Every month salary is on time.

Cons

There is zero work life balance. Employees do not have any life working here. They have to work more than 10+ hours daily.Working environment is not that friendly. Managers are not good in Technical skills. Moreover there is no value of hard work here. It's all about favoritism.

Pros

Best place for freshers to learn a specific technology and grow in the same. Exposure and interaction with clients during demonstration of projects. No such thing as bench, everybody is on a project. Employees are wonderful, be it a developer, tester, content writer or any position! The PMs mentioned in the prior reviews do not work here anymore(1 remains). New replacements have come in charge now with good technical knowledge. Best decision ever made by the CEO so far. Can definitely see the potential for growth and the management getting better now.

Cons

Worst place for experienced. 2-3 years of experienced individuals are tagged as deputy TL or TL and asked to attend lead calls and give estimations of projects. If anybody is looking to get out of development and become a business analyst, then this is the place for you. If not, and plan to be an in depth developer in the upcoming years, this is not the place for you! Hiring freshers for 1.2LPA combined with a bond of 2 years.

Pros

Casual environment Flexible work hours Less traffic to travel to work with Lot of growth if you are good at politics and licking up managers , else you dont even exist for the company

Cons

1. Politics nd licking based , not performance 2. Your suggestions or complaints are seen as revolt , so be ready to pay for it 3. You are supposed to learn everything on your , still if u do good the managers take the goodies and if you do bad , god bless you. 4. Only quantity matters to them not even a dime of quality 5. Never seen a satisfied client in over 3 years now. 6. Tracking forces you to work 9 hours out of 10 working hours a day , so you are not left with any personal time . 7. There is no scope or time for thinking or planning or just relaxing, if u r not on your keyboard accordingly to company you are not working. 8. Cramped seating arrangement, they now change you seat like in school because u talk a bit with your team, so basically when u talk or get new project be ready to jump to new bench 9. Peanut for pay , but i guess HR would agree that peanuts are standard for the industry itself , so yes they do pay you accordingly to industry standards which have now dropped to peanut flakes . 10. Managers do not understand current technical scenario but dare you explain anything to them. 11. These are just the top 10 cons , list if far more longer .
