Great doctors, poor work culture.

Pros

The doctors are phenomenal people, caring, thorough and generally do the best that they can to offer professional care for their patients.

Cons

The work culture can be a little overwhelming. The medical assistants are cliquey and often talk about others behind their backs. Management doesn't offer much support to satellite offices. They pay is not worth the stress of that place.
