Pros
This is a great place to get experience in a medical office setting. It is doctor owned so not corporate and has multiple locations. The onboarding and training process are the best I’ve experienced. They are through and ensure that you are comfortable with the job before letting you move on.
Cons
The pay is low, I had to negotiate to get my pay rate, they do not allow you to change your employment status for 1 year after hire. This includes moving from part time to full time. They would rather hire someone from the outside than promote employees. There is little room for growth unless you have an “in” with someone.
