It is a small company where you are noticed for working hard. In a year I have been exposed to supporting some of the corporate initiatives. In this committee they have staff from all levels working to promote team building

Pros

Managers and senior management are nice and caring. Average benefit. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn if you are at a junior level. Good team working environment.

Cons

Not many opportunities to move around and grow once you have advanced into mid or senior level, due to the limited number of projects. Flexible work schedule depends on the project team. The corporate is cheap on company wide activities and rewards.
