Lie about everything, not concerned with their employees whatsoever
Pros
It's a paycheck and so far they pay on time (but don't forget to enter your time sheet or your check will be withheld even if you are salaried).
Cons
Career path: there is none. Don't let them fool you into thinking they'll move you into another position down the line; you're stuck where you land. No care for employees: no work/life balance. If you work enough hours (140+) in a 2 week period they will reward you with bonuses so they say. ( I have yet to see this happen). Anyone who can get their work done in a 40-60 hour week is considered a slacker. Very male dominated. Expect to be looked down on by most if you are female, especially in tech. Extremely misogynistic. Don't expect communication to aid work flow or change in company policies. It doesn't exist.
