      Otis WAS a good company five years ago.

      Pros

      The company values safety very highly. When I started there I had a great manager and good team. I learnt a lot working at Otis.

      Cons

      No reward for hard work. People get laid off and are replaced by contract worker's with a slight title change. They don't value employees with years of knowledge and replace them with useless new people with some uni degree who think they have all the answers. Company is going backwards & losing customers.

      Pros

      Colleagues who manage to remain positive through difficult time.

      Cons

      Work longer hours and not being appreciated Manager who just expect employee to do more and more and more.... No clear guidelines on how things done and manager who doesn't care and just trying to cover himself / his position.
