      Pros

      The colleagues at Otis are its best asset. Management's focus on safety and ethics are one of the best of all industries.

      Cons

      Seems as though they want out of Connecticut. Keep cutting positions over the last several years and put the workload on the remaining employees making it very stressful. Current Management is ruining its reputation.

      no growth, no succession plan, no worry about customer discomfort, sinking ship.. rich are becoming richer and the company is becoming poorer...

      Great opportunity to learn the elevator business and develop your business skills.

      Cons

      Extremely overloaded with job responsibilities and and very difficult to achieve the goals and metrics set forth. Very difficult to manage union field employees. Very stressful job.
