-Unique projects -Interns DO have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the office. -Otis has several interns each year and they generally enjoy their experience. -Opportunity to face real world business procedures.

Cons

-Management is not always available for advice. -Management may not always have the time to provide you with enough direction at times.

Great benefits and total rewards system. Matching 401K plan. Staff is willing to train new employees. Company also provides tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Management styles are strictly "by the book." Opportunities for promotions can be slim. Pay raises usually only matched to cost of living increases.
