Pros
Going through a lot of change so growth opportunities are there. The employees are top notch and the environment is typical enjoyable.
Cons
Too much change too quickly without thorough communication could be problematic and detrimental to the moral and perception the community and employees have, which in turn could effect loyalty of patients and the ability to retain staff. A lot of take over by physicians at the top which is not always the way to be forward thinking and innovated in a very competitive region for Healthcare options.
