      Pros

      Flexibility in scheduling, great cafeteria, lots of cool people to work with. Work can get hectic at times, but the overall flow of patients isn't overwhelming like other hospitals.

      Cons

      The biggest issue I see throughout all departments is Management. Incompetence and lack of empathy are what most employees complain about. The turnover is outrageous, which makes it hard for seasoned employees. Training is a joke. Meditech is tedious and glitchy. It takes about 30 minutes from the time you park your car to the time you reach your work station.(downtown only).

      Pros

      Good coworkers. Like the teaching aspect.

      Cons

      Never take time to give people lunches. Yet they take it out of your checks anyway. Upper management only shows up when they know a survey is about to happen Sad when people fresh out of school make almost as much money as people who have been here for 10+ years.

      ICU West has the most incredible staff with the best team work Open honest communication with supervisors Work scheduling around you level 1 trauma center and teaching hospital gives best experience to new grads

      Cons

      Pay wasn't the best for the area, but gave a raise to newly employed nurses fall of 2014
