Executive leadership acknowledges it’s bad and things need to change. Pay is good. Nice incentives to work extra hours. Good health benefits.

Cons

It’s overwhelmingly busy. We are severely short staffed. Leadership is not taking action against employees who make it hard for people to want to keep working here.
