Pros

The abiliity to deal with more unusual services than in any other lab. Multiple sites and continues to grow. Offer quarterly meetings to inform all staff about the budget.

Cons

If you are not a nurse do not expect to move up in management. Opportunities are rare to advance. The only group appreciated is nurses. The entire hospital is always hot.

Great place to work, collaborative and friendly environment. The annual check-up attracts many OU students, and receives good feedback from those who used the service.

Cons

Currently I can think of nothing. All the employees were enjoying many benefits from the current policy. Although, sometime the workload could be heavy.
