Pros

Important sounding 'mission' Decent pay and benefits, Training provided but may have to be paid back During COVID they did not layoff staff. After a year and a half, one boss said 'thank you', so that's nice.

Cons

OU Health touts a great mission but has a toxic culture filled with petty politics and no work/life balance. Management has a vision for being a leading academic healthcare system, but builds it by under-staffing projects, over-working everyone and blaming those who did the work. Toxic culture with huge division between executives, management and staff. Backstabbing politics played across three campuses. Unreasonable workload on understaffed projects. demoralizing leadership with poor communications. ZERO Advancement potential
