Pros

Very good new grad program for nurses and lots of opportunities to do and see a lot. Supportive culture from colleagues and leadership (managers, charge nurses) Good job mobility. Good protocols for patient care, overall the medical care here is very good here.

Cons

Building is run-down and patient rooms aren't great. Things are very chaotic and constantly busy, lots of breaks get missed. Understaffed, aides overworked so ADLs are sometimes skipped. The doctors and nurses don't communicate with each other much. Low pay.
