OUH merger has significantly impacted OUH finances, causing things like pay cuts, layoffs, freezing 401K contributions, and cutting PTO accrual by 32 hours, many employees are frequently unhappy. There is not a lot of transparency. Execs make decisions that significantly impact healthcare workers and their lives and make minimal efforts to actually provide valuable benefits or compensation to workers.
