Great supply chain leadership, processes, and vision. Couldn't ask for a better team.

System state is difficult due to our financial constraints of the previous leadership and spending during the pandemic. Extreme amount of executive leadership changes resulting in uncertainty. HR is in a desperate state of revamp, which is terrible for any organization.
