Great salaries, benefits, work environment and "perks" - management very flexible

Cons

Not great place for lazy people - and there are a few! Management currently weeding them out

Pros

There is no micromanaging going on.

Cons

There is little to no communication from management, you have to guess if you are doing what they want. The CEO comes to the office, closes his door and watches video's and sleeps.

High turn over at the Mgmt level really messes things up and shakes confidence.
