Pros

Good place to build up skills because of cross training in instructional design, multimedia development, 508, quality assurance, and project management. Generally, coworkers are nice.

Cons

Office politics. They don't apply policies to everyone evenly. Petty managers that don't listen to you.

directors were out of office so much on unlimited vacation, hardly were micro- managed.

teachers doing business jobs; not qualified no structure
