Pros

If you're in with the right people you will get some praise and possibly promoted.

Cons

This sums up Oak Street: On my first day just before orientation began, the CEO came in to the training room and introduced himself to the new Physician starting with our class. He stated his name and title to the Physician and warmly welcomed him then left the room with out even acknowledging the 11 others that sat in the same room. We were all dumbfounded but this is pretty much how the company operates. There is a clear divide by leadership as to who their favorites are which creates a super awkward environment. Additionally, there are a just so many unqualified people in leadership roles making immature decisions that benefit only them. Totally passive aggressive environment. While I left on my own accord, there is no diversity in background. If you are not exactly like the rest of those in charge you will flat out be fired or pushed out. HR, Benefits are disorganized and seem to make things up as they go.
