Pros

Mission based company that is continuing to grow. I truly enjoy coming to work because of the company culture. Due to the growth, it is pretty fast paced. The founders are all down to earth, nice guys. Decent pay and benefits for a new company.

Cons

Due to the newness of the company (2 years), it is a place where flexibility is important. If you don't like change, then it won't be a good fit for you. There are definitely things that could be improved, but I think that's the case for any new company.

The health care model geared towards the aging community is great.

Cons

New company so very disorganized - seems like everyone is flying by the seat of there pants. Poor communication from upper management.
