Emphasis is on metrics and less on quality. Nitpicking style of management and policies are not evenly applied towards all nurses. Bottom-line, super inconsistent. Some people I have seen go on performance plans and others don't for the same cause just in a course of a few months. Some employees can come in a little late and its okay and others don't get the same privilege. Management seems fake and manages by fear. They also make it very apparent who they like and don't. Several have made their concerns known but no action is ever taken by corporate.

Common theme around the clinics is that HR is always anxious to put people on a plan or manage them out. Young managers are power happy and controlling especially if your opinion differs from theirs. The company clearly prefers younger employees who they can control. Most employees are miserable and looking. Political and fraternity/sorority-like atmosphere.
