The claim to be an "industry disruptor" and they certainly were disruptive, increased workloads on management without adding to the teams to balance it out, with the exception of implanting of their people in high up roles that in my opinion were not helpful. Had ridiculous tight turnaround on Scheduling and payroll for this type of industry, and zero concern for work life balance or team well being. Cutting corners to cut costs leading to teams and quality suffering. Any managers that came over with the transition that didn't "fall in line" with their profits first mindset were removed sometimes, on a days notice leaving their teams to struggle to pick up the pieces. They treat part time employees as expendable. I was managing people while they took over and had to fight to make sure my people didn't have there pay cut, they made us switch to new uniforms day one without proper organization for distribution, pay was delayed, etc.
