Pros

It's not a large Company but it's profitable and does care about its employees. We seem to have one or two recognition events each month. The managers are fair, consistent, and also understanding. Very caring HR staff.

Cons

It is manufacturing production -- so the work is on a "line." Not any time for talking except on breaks. Occasional overtime and may have to work a planned Saturday every few months.
