This was an employee-owned (and unionized) company, and the executive team truly had the best interests of the employees at heart. They may have failed in a few areas, but it certainly wasn't from lack of good faith or lack of trying. L. Ruvolo was the best of the management team.

Cons

Executives were great for awhile; but then stopped being so. Detached. Distracted.
