I've never been at a company that cares so much! Oatey cares about it's employees and the community. It shows through volunteer efforts and the overall morale. The pay is decent and associates are genuinely nice. Fantastic outlook from stability standpoint.

Cons

Still working through some growing pains. It will take some time, but it will turn around.
